Fraktured Phoenix ("we", "us") organizes music events in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you join our promo list, text or call our info line, buy tickets through our ticketing partners, or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, social media username, and the contents of messages you send us.
We use this information to announce upcoming events, send event directions and updates you request, reply to your messages (sometimes with automated responses), and manage ticketing and guest lists. We send marketing texts only to people who opted in, roughly 2-6 messages per month. Reply STOP any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our communications (such as our SMS/voice carrier and Meta's messaging platforms) and only as needed to operate them.
