Fraktured Phoenix ("we", "us") organizes music events in Phoenix, Arizona. By using our website, joining our lists, or buying tickets, you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Text messaging program
Fraktured Phoenix runs a recurring SMS program for event announcements, presale ticket links, day-of directions, and post-event follow-ups.
- How to join: check the SMS consent box on our sign-up form at frakturedphoenix.com/promo-list, text BASS or JOIN to (602) 878-4218, or opt in at our events. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.
- Message frequency: recurring, roughly 2-6 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@frakturedphoenix.com.
- Carriers: supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Tickets and events
Ticket sales, entry, age policy, and refunds are set per event and shown on that event's page. Events may change or be cancelled; we will notify ticket holders if that happens.
Giveaways
From time to time we run ticket giveaways on our social channels. The entry method, prize and deadline are stated in the post that announces each one. No purchase necessary. Opting in to text messages is never required to enter or to win. Winners are contacted by direct message. Prizes have no cash value and are not transferable. Must be 18 or older to enter. Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Instagram, or any ticketing platform. Questions: info@frakturedphoenix.com.
