Fraktured Phoenix runs a recurring SMS program for event announcements, presale ticket links, day-of directions, and post-event follow-ups.
Ticket sales, entry, age policy, and refunds are set per event and shown on that event's page. Events may change or be cancelled; we will notify ticket holders if that happens.
From time to time we run a free drawing. Signing up for our promo list with both an email address and a text-message opt-in counts as one entry; each drawing covers new signups made since the previous drawing. No purchase necessary and joining the lists is free. One entry per person. A winner is selected at random after each event and notified by email or text. The prize is stated at the time of the drawing (typically a free event ticket); prizes have no cash value and are not transferable. Must be 18 or older to enter.
