Phoenix Rave Crews and Promoters: Who Throws the Parties

Phoenix raves are thrown by three kinds of promoter: underground crews like Fraktured Phoenix, Frequency Rebels, Word of Mouth Collective and Rough Touch Productions that run warehouse and club nights, genre crews like Rollout DnB AZ, Melt DnB and Techno Snobs, and Relentless Beats, the state's dominant EDM promoter, which runs the big festivals. Here is who throws what, and how to follow them.

The Phoenix scene runs on crews more than clubs. A venue hosts the night, but the crew books the lineup, builds the sound, posts the flyer and, for underground shows, sends out the address. Follow the right crews and you will never need a ticketing app to know what is happening this weekend.

Fraktured Phoenix: Home of the Broken Beat

Fraktured Phoenix is the Valley branch of Fraktured Nation, which started in Seattle in 2016; the Phoenix crew followed in 2017. It throws underground warehouse parties and club nights built on breaks and drum and bass, and books every genre beside them, from touring breaks headliners like Stanton Warriors, The Freestylers and Simply Jeff to its own resident DJs. The crew is led by Brook B with co-leads Zaptek and Dirty Mind Tricks. Addresses for warehouse nights go to the promo list first.

Underground and warehouse crews

The underground side of the Valley is a network of crews that book each other, co-present shows and share floors. Crews Fraktured has thrown with include Frequency Rebels, Word of Mouth Collective, Rough Touch Productions, Fairytale Productions, Sound Life, Subterra and Fillmore Afters, the after-hours name of the Fillmore Warehouse. Secret Warehouse Party 5 brought together Janktown Beats, Phase Shift, SubGround, Subterra, Word of Mouth Collective, Rollout DnB AZ and Frequency Rebels. Crews like these post on their own socials and lists, and the flyers get reposted by scene accounts like @arizonaravescene.

Drum and bass crews

Drum and bass has its own crews in Phoenix. Rollout DnB AZ soft-launched at Fraktured's Breaks & Brews in July 2026 with Upward Trajectory. Other DnB crews to follow include Melt DnB, Upward Trajectory and Rumble DnB AZ, which keeps the genre on club calendars. The full picture is in our drum and bass in Phoenix guide.

Techno promoters

Techno in Phoenix runs on promoters more than on clubs. Techno Snobs is the recurring name to know, with techno and tech house nights (Faction among them) that are typically 21+. More in our techno in Phoenix guide.

The festival promoter: Relentless Beats

Relentless Beats is Arizona's dominant EDM promoter and runs the big-room side of the state: festivals at Rawhide in Chandler like Phoenix Lights, Goldrush and Decadence. If you want production, barricades and the biggest names, that is their lane. The underground crews are the other half of the scene. The history of how both grew up is in the Phoenix rave scene: a living history.

How to follow Phoenix crews

• Get on promo lists. Underground addresses go out by list, usually the day of the show. Start with ours.
• Follow the crews, not just the venues. The same crew can throw at three different rooms in a month.
• Check one calendar weekly. Our Phoenix events calendar lists Fraktured's own nights at the top and the rest of the Valley's EDM shows underneath.
• Go to co-presented nights. When several crews share a bill, you meet all of their crowds at once.
