Walter Where?House is a 1940s paper factory just west of downtown Phoenix that Walter Productions rebuilt into an immersive venue: around 1,600 standing, super-sized art cars parked inside, and a modern rig. Of every legal room in the Valley it is the one that feels most like an actual warehouse rave, which is why so many of the bigger underground-leaning bookings end up at 702 N 21st Ave.
